Eagle Creek is a BuyMeOnce brand for this reason. Land on their homepage and you’ll see the following:

“Our label is your best guarantee… Our Exploration System and No Matter What™ Duffels are backed by our No Matter What™ Warranty. That elephant in Namibia use your bag as a teething ring? We'll take care of it. Those baggage handlers mistake your Tarmac for a football? We'll fix it. No matter what your bag went through, we'll fix it or replace it for free.”

This kind of thing makes us very happy.

The Flyte Weekend Bag opens flat with two areas for you to pack into: one side a zippered mesh compartment and the other with compression straps. Padded tuck-away backpack straps, a removable and adjustable cross-body shoulder strap and padded grab handles make the bag easy to handle regardless of weight, and a back slip panel provides easy stacking on wheeled luggage. Lockable self-repairing zippers and reflective accents make sure you're protected from the first taxi to the last meeting.
